Any ideas of what to eat with some fat but also meets the candida/yeast diet? I already eat eggs a lot. Should I add a little avacado with them? Any other ideas?

- Steamed veggies with coconut oil and curry.
Curried Chicken Soup is great for breakfast. Add coconut MILK (or oil) after taking off the heat. -

You could add some grated swiss or cheddar cheese to your eggs.
Or, add a side of bacon, sausage, ham, or Canadian bacon.
For a special treat, how about Eggs Benedict? Eggs, Canadian bacon, with Hollandaise sauce.
For days I needed a Mepron-friendly breakfast fast, I used to spread peanut butter on a banana, or on whole wheat toast. I was told the toast was okay on a Candida diet in small amounts, as long as I balanced it out with portions of fats and protein.

Allsmiles, Malarone should always be taken with fatty foods; this enhances the body's absorption of the drug. Without the fats, absorption is poor.

Every morning, I started my meal with 2 tablespoons of sun butter to get the fats. I despise eggs, and I have a really hard time eating much so early in the morning. The sun butter was about all I could handle.
