Any ideas of what to eat with some fat but also meets the candida/yeast diet? I already eat eggs a lot. Should I add a little avacado with them? Any other ideas?

Steamed veggies with coconut oil and curry.

Curried Chicken Soup is great for breakfast. Add coconut MILK (or oil) after taking off the heat.

You could add some grated swiss or cheddar cheese to your eggs.

Or, add a side of bacon, sausage, ham, or Canadian bacon.

For a special treat, how about Eggs Benedict? Eggs, Canadian bacon, with Hollandaise sauce.

For days I needed a Mepron-friendly breakfast fast, I used to spread peanut butter on a banana, or on whole wheat toast. I was told the toast was okay on a Candida diet in small amounts, as long as I balanced it out with portions of fats and protein.

I am not familiar with this. Are you supposed to eat certain fats with Malerone? I just started taking this drug for Babs.

Allsmiles,
Malarone should always be taken with fatty foods; this enhances the body's absorption of the drug. Without the fats, absorption is poor.

Every morning, I started my meal with 2 tablespoons of sun butter to get the fats. I despise eggs, and I have a really hard time eating much so early in the morning. The sun butter was about all I could handle.
