I like "Cure Unknown," by Pam Weintraub - it's personable, and explains the history and politics, etc.
"The Lyme Disease Solution" by *Dr. K. S explains the basics of Lyme and how it's treated.
"Healing Lyme" by Steven Buhner is excellent if you want to try treating with herbs.
"Insights Into Lyme Disease Treatment: 13 Health Care Practitioners Share Their Healing Strategies," by Connie Strasheim
