something wierd happened here-nh-i hope i hear about it eventually...tidid was supposed to be there i thing
their plans sounded wonderful...lots of green lights and other stuff...and a dance...a flash mob thing...i am so out of it im not sure what that is...but i think they were all going to wear green and do a dance...many of them...the state organizer is great-very organized and incredible energy...
so i googled it and found a reference and pic of all these green flash mobbers...but the text said they were bringing attention to mental health for kids or something????? they all had lime green shirts on-is someone else steeling our color?

thanks opti...sleep well. i am getting kinda mad here. for those ppl to actually get themselves there and NO media coverage???
i know how good the speakers were...would have loved to be there...well...i know enoguh about nyc to know i couldnt be there now...but would have loved to be in the company of all of you
there was an idea in the above thread that sounded good...except i dont really understand it...
this from lymed in 2010:
What we need is for people to go on skype and log in online to see the rally live & for the rally to have a big video cube with scrolling blocks of live video from each person attending via the net.
"Imagine that video screen and grid block & on there indicating city/state/country of each live person. It would have a much bigger impact when they see people from all over the world."
sound good? to those who 'GET IT'

I have heard nothing but good things about the rally so far!
If anyone knew how hard it is to do this kind of project, the travel and overnight expenses, and how many healthy hours are spent by dozens of people working it every direction possible, and how many $$ are needed, it would amaze you, especially considering most who care about Lyme are NOT healthy and don't have "healthy hours" to spare nor much money to donate either.
Just attending one conference can wear me out for weeks, and the last thing I feel like doing once home is to try to report on it, though my heart says do it anyway.
My bet is in time you'll see and hear more. Right now "rest" is on the menu of those working to put it together and those who attended. Bless their hearts!

Boston Globe was there but coming from AS-town, I am not sure what their coverage would be like, so far seen nothing - Boston understandably has bigger concerns and a Mothers March for Peace.
Nothing yesterday or today. If someone knows where there is a free site for posting maybe 5 - 10 pix on line for public access (no names) let me know. I had them on a diff site Lyme411 and it accepted the, with labelling, then when I was all done (slowly, I was doing this in my sleep) - and I stood back, suddenly the whole thing disappeared, never to return.
Or maybe it was a dream........no seriously, it happened.
