I really want to do this now, the way you said it may work
I know I can't do the level that you are doing because I have to work up to it
but I have trouble getting started
how do you work all muscle groups?
what exercises and what weights to start with?
do you remember how to start?
any help and advice much appreciated
I have a small set of hand weights and can get more at Walmart, if needed, I think
I have a stability ball and used to do my hand weights while kneeling on the thing - good abs and thighs exercise, but maybe to much right now?
I do have a yoga mat for the floor
