Hi everyone!

I am rarely on the forum anymore. But I got so much help here, I think of you still. [spinning smile]

Wanted to chime in briefly to share a healing opportunity that I think might very well be related to sensitivity to Lyme and tick borne infections:

healing from childhood trauma. [kiss]

Please don't be offended if you have already posted this - I have not read the many many posts others have contributed lately, just thought I'd share this in case it helps anyone.

There is an interesting booklet for a guided 12-step healing journey, again, just in case it may help. It is only 4.99 $ to download and I think it is rather good.

Here is the link to that: https://wildtruth.net/trauma-to-enlightenment/
(I have no relation to this person and do not benefit from any purchases - just sharing something because I found it helpful)

Manifesting trauma in physical illness, especially chronic illness, immune suppression, etc. is pretty well researched/documented/discussed these days. One just needs to look for it. Gabor Mate was a good person for me to find on YouTube. Also Bessel Van der Kolk, with books like "When the body says no" or "The body keeps the score".

Daniel Mackler's booklet on healing childhood trauma, with the handy 12 steps, seemed like a cool little instruction manual as an adjunct to my own healing journey. He also has a ton of videos on YouTube that you can check out for free, and that may also help.

Take a look if you are curious. I think it might help with Lyme.

Hugs and kisses, Harmony [group hug]

Thanks Harmony. I had to deal with childhood trauma and used EFT. Might have to check out some of the books though.
