Were your test results normal but you did they rx anyway? I think my thyroid has always been low but have never been treated because of the normal tests. I wish docs were more wiling totreat the peson rather than treating the lab results.
Peace and Health,

Vitamin B Complex -- all of the B vitamins are necessary for adrenal function, especially pantothenic acid. Suggested use: B complex - 100 mg capsule twice daily plus Pantothenic acid 100 mg three times daily.
Vitamin C -- is crucial for the proper functioning of the adrenals. Suggested use: 4,000 - 10,000 mg divided into smaller doses throughout the day.
L-tyrosine -- supports the function of the adrenal, thyroid and pituitary glands. Suggested use: 500 mg daily taken on an empty stomach. You can take tyrosine with water or juice but avoid taking it with milk. Caution: If you take MAO inhibitors, do not take tyrosine, it may lead to a sudden and dangerous rise in blood pressure.
Raw Adrenal Glandulars -- Glandular therapy has been around since the early 1900's. It wasn't until the 1930's, however, that a pioneering biochemical researcher named Dr. Royal Lee developed an explanation on how glandular therapy works. His theory is still widely accepted by scientists today. Dr. Lee proposed that sometimes the body attacks its own organs -- as it does in the case of an organ transplant, but in a milder form. Supplementing with raw glandulars neutralizes these attacks and lets the glands heal themselves. Suggested use: Raw Adrenal Glandulars usually come in capsule or tablet form, follow the instructions on the label. Homeopathic versions of glandulars also exist.

Hi thanks for sharing your protocol.
I would be concerned about using natural glandulars as the consistency of the dose if not certain. How do you get on with them.
I feel that borreliosis has become a problem for me as a result of my poor thyroid and adrenal status and consequent impaired immune system.
I think it is right to say that about half the population in UK has borrelia in their body, but only a minority become ill from it.
My original Dx is CFS/FMS, but my Dr believes that it is the Borreliosis that is now keeping me ill.

Hi Robi
Armour Thyroid and Cortef
If you can't get them on Rx they are available to buy from some Pharmaceutical outlets on the net.
I am following the ideas on thyroid and adrenals in "From Fatigued to fantastic" by Dr Jacob Teitelbaum www.endfatigue.com
I also have dx of CFS/FMS.
