So my idea was to blend them all into some kind of drink.
I tried tomato juice and it tastes terrible.
Any ideas? I've never made a smoothie before but I figure it can't be that difficult.
Concord grape flavoring covers a multitide of sins, but the sugar content might be more than you want.
I've never tried a peppermint smoothie, but it might be OK, like a creme de menthe if you add in yogurt. The pepperming might cover up a lot of flavors. Peppermint has the advantage of being a great stomach soother.
Something you'd want to make sure is that the supplements can be crushed. I know many medicines must be taken whole.
Personally, I do not know a lot about supplements, but you may want to check with pharmacist or doctor about it.
I would think that herbs and minerals would be fine if crushed, however would not want
to take any chances.
For me, I enjoy a variety of fruit. Berry variety might have the lowest sugar - blueberry, strawberry, raspberry. However I always liked strawberry, banane and pineapple, blended with plain yogurt and a little ice.
Let us know how it works and tastes. Yes the sugar content is high, with the fruit, but at least it tastes good.
