Hi Everyone,
Was wondering if anyone could help me find a LLMD who specailizes in the eye? I already have my Dr that I see in northern NJ and she is wonderful and I still want to see her but was wondering if any of you knew of any eye MD's that concetrate on Lyme in the Pennsylvania/Philadelphia or NJ area. My e-mail address is [email protected]
Thanks

I know of one in Lancaster PA, so if COL's doesn't work out, this one is wonderful.

Yes, Dr. S in Lancaster is a neuro-opthamologist.

Even though I came in knowing alot of background information about Lyme disease, it didn't phase him.

He is very kind, and actually listens to my concerns.

Reminds me, time to make another appointment.
Carol

Can you e-mail me his name etc. Lancaster is only about an hour from my home. [email protected]
Thanks

I am curious as to what these docs recommend to help out with eye trouble.

Kam,

In my case the way he put it was that the eyes were the 'innocent bystanders' in a greater problem (something like that) being that the lyme, bartonella or something was actually causing the problem.

But he seemed to be able to figure that out and more - and know what steps to take next. I can't say personally if they can help because unfortunately my problem is not better, I just know that many who recommended him were helped and I've never had such a thorough exam.

I wish i had a better answer for you though - i sure do!
