Hi all,

For anyone who's interested, I found a web site that helps you to keep track of everything you eat. It is free, you make an ID and password. (there is also a paid version- which I don't use)

It tells you how many Carbs, Calories, nutrition info, etc. in the foods you are eating.

You can keep track of practically everything. There is a journal you can write in every day, there is a place to keep track of all your activities/exercise,
there is a weight chart that will show you the changes in your weight as time goes by.

You can set goals for yourself, like how many carbs or calories you want to eat every day. Also, if you want lose weight you type in your present weight, and then your goal weight.

Then you type in the date that you would like to reach your goal, and it will tell you how much you have to lose a week to reach that goal.

It really is helping me. I'm trying so hard to be good...and this makes it so easy to keep track of everything.

This is a great help even if you don't want to lose weight and just want to keep track of the nutritional values of everything you put into your mouth.

When you type in a certain food you can even modify the amount that you actually ate. Example: If you type in american cheese, it may automatically come up 1 slice - you can change it to .5 for a half a slice. (there is also a drop down bar that you can pick cubed, cup, slice thickness, etc.)

I would also recommend visiting the National Registry of Weight Loss Web Site for information and motivation.

I am a member (after losing 150 lbs).

**On a side note, I dont believe in having a goal weight. I dont even own a scale.
