Is anyone familier with the "test" for candida wherein you spit into a glass of water to tell if you have a yeast problem?
I think you are supposed to spit into a glass of water in the morning and if it sinks then you have a problem with candida?
Has anyone heard of this? Do I have it right?
Thanks!

If you do a search on here a lot will come up about that. I don't know if it works. I've done it and it kind of sinks and it kind of floats and one day it doesn't one day is does. I don't know.

that's about as scientific as nailing jello to a wall.
have a real blood candida test done. there are many labs that do this including MDL which tests for 5 strains of candida..
you can also have a candida albicans sensitivity test done by an allergist or immunologist.
this is where they inject a tiny fragment of candida albicans into you and see what the immune response is by the according rash.
