I just received confirmation that my daughter would receive a wish from the Make a Wish Foundation..She wants to go to the Oscars..Not sure if they do such things but if so, I will have lyme disease flyers for the entire audience.Maybe I can sneak them in their gift packs. (If I get to go)
ps..Is this a first for lyme disease patients?

I am happy for you...and I think she may be a first to have a wish granted for lyme!
Good news! nan

Wow! That's awesome! I didn't know they'd consider trips for kids with Lyme. I've always thought it would be great to start a program like Make a Wish for kids, teens, and young adults with more chronic illnesses like Lyme.
Maybe...someday I'll start something like that.
