Join your local Lyme Meetup, just type Lyme Meetup in Google. They have Meetups for everything. You may find something that helps you forget you have lyme.

Thank you for posting this. I added my name to the list and volunteered to head up the group--no one in the charlotte area has participated in since June--hopefully someone will want to get involved. I sent a message to everyone in the group
