You're a lucky gal! Dr M has been ill [that's what I understand] and has not been practicing for awhile. He's also been involved in research on the STARI...also known as "Master's Disease."
I don't know of anyone on Lymenet who is seeing him, but then I don't know everyone! Good luck!

Amy, I see you live in Northern Illinois somewhat close to Rockford Belvadere, right??? I just about died there, just about. Would like to go back some day and see the huge tree that almost did me in, or if it is still there, some 35 years later!!! And the steel post I landed on. I should have kept that one for a souvenior. But I had thousands of deep cuts for a keepsake so I never thought of it at the time. There is close and then there is close.
