i just got off meds. to see how i would handle it and i tore cartledge in my already reconstructed knee at volleyball pract. (i coach middle school) i had to have surgery in sept. my knee is not healing, still have pain even after being shot up a few times. i called my lyme dr. in mobile and just got back from seeing him tuesday. he said the surgery rustled up the critters and he feels that is the problem. bet that wouldn't be a diagnoses on "House" since i didn't have the rash. i am happy it was mentioned, just inaccurate.

thanks for welcoming. i was a member a long time ago and sort of dropped off face of earth. not dealing well.

Start taking glocosamine and cq10 and magnesium.

If you havent already. That glocosamine it effected my good knee in days it got tight quick.Which I didnt even know it was lose.

But I kept taking it and it finally started to tighten the bad one up.

I tore my posteria crusha spelling? and my meniscas both sides of left knee.
I actually folded it backwards yeah it hurt.

Good luck

I saw that "house" too. at least lyme is known by the writers. My first guess every week is lyme. My honey just rolls his eyes.

Have you gone back on abx?

gone back on meds. pulsing KETEK. something new but proving successful. not happy about it since i am recovering from 3 blood clots after knee surgery. one thing after another. just not a happy camper.

unfortunately a stress like surgery CAN rustle up the keets again, and get them active even if they are in remission.

mine were in remission 10 years and i was doing great until 2002 when i had major surgery adn wham! the critters came out like mad went neuro adn i havne't been the same since..better now, but now like i was before the surgery...

so i believe this theory..hope you feel better soon...the abx round or two should help
