Your local pharmacy, or health food store
same as oil of cloves, i hope.
if i may ask,are you thinking of taking this for lyme?
i thought about this as a possibility for any unknown infections from the tick bite.
One active ingrdeint is eugenol, i believe.
One technical classification of eugenol is a mono terpene; its a very small molecule.
somewhere i read that terpenes kill spirochetes, but my research, done 2 yr. ago turned up nothing.
there are many terpenes of different sizes, and structures(linear, and ringformations).
embarrassingly I want to try it for a fever blister. But I did a search on dogpile.com and alot of health & vitamin shops tout clove oil as a cure all. Antiviral antibiotic blah blah blah.
I'm on so much stuff now..... I feel like my body is going to freak.
good luck. never heard of this for fever blister. Unless a health care professional of some sort prescribed it, I'd double check its use for this purpose. something doesn't seem right, but i really don't know.
James Duke's database on herbs would be a good start for a search on teh properties of clove oil.

Be very careful how you use it. It is very strong, and can burn. The following is a warning I got from this site http://www.naturesgift.com/essential/descriptionc-d.htm#CLOVE
"WARNING: Clove oil is a known dermal and mucous membrane irritant and sensitizer. It should not be used on the skin, or, if necessary, used in very weak dilution (less than 1%). It should not ever be applied to broken or irritated skin"
