Hi and Welcome,olympia. To post a reply, there are buttons (they are black and white) that say "post new topic" and "post reply".
They are at the top center of a page(while in a topic) and there's another set on the bottom left.
Hope that helps (and also that I understood the question).

That's why I wanted to share a few tips with you helping you ok.
