At 9:00 am on 9/11 I ran to my phone to call my 19 year old son who was doing an internship in N.Y.C. just 5 miles away from the W.T.C..No Answer at home -I was miserable-Finally he answered the phone- He was home-His wisdom teeth had become impacted and were pulled the day before-He was in bed asleep-Gratefulness-
Even through the worst of the pain and the frustration and fear,I can still look up to heaven in gratefulness-My youngest child was spared-Spared the fear and anguish of somthing so horrible his sensitive heart could not bear-I am eternally grateful- And it's what help's me "push on" Thank you Michelle for bring up "things we are grateful for" Olympia
