I know each case is unique but are there people who actually get better and never have to look back? I haven't heard of any since i was diagnosed in April.

Yes,

I just talked to one guy on Saturday who is over lyme and I know 2 women who have been cured. They don't post here, though. I think that most people who get cured don't come back too often to Lymenet.
