I think that was my old user name..... it has been a while. I don't have the password for it anymore anyways, due to a computer crash. I managed to get my Assoc. as a Paralegal.. but alas I can not go to work since online education was enough to near kill me. I can hardly walk now after stopping treatment in June, my back was so knotted it burned constantly. I have moved to Florida from PA.. after my father died my time in the cold weather was overdue to end. My back is much worse and I was improving yet I stopped treatment and I am completely relapsed.. NOW to find a LLMD out here HUH! I just want people to know.. even if you are better don't stop treatment You will be back to bad in no time!!! My herniated disc's are being refused care .. I don't know why I was told that Florida would be a great place to find back help! the lortabs don't help the pain anymore.. almost 2 years on them! but the chest pains are here and I was recently admitted with BP of 175/115.... I will discuss the stress test with MD tomorrow... Both my sons are going to the ID in Gainesville... this should prove interesting since I just received a phone call asking me to bring the test results with me... well well we all know what the CDC says about them don't we!!! I am ready to fight I have my husband autopsy which lists Lyme disease as the 6th causative factor in his death...Thank you Bowen and the pathologist from Robert Wood Johnson Medical... I have the Bowen tests on both my father God rest his soul, and my mother.. (missing one for my sister) But I also have my positive ELISA and Western to back that!! I could bring Grandmas which is IGG and IGm equivocal but they refused to treat her.. well she was 85 years old I guess we can just chalk this up to old age right!! I am so Irate over that one.. but she probably went in the office and said my granddaughter thinks I have it but I'm pretty sure it is only old age.. LOL
Well, I just wanted to pop in and see who all is still here.. and might remember me.. I haven't been on since my father passed away May of last year.. major depression and I just set myself into my studies to get through that.. I might post some stuff on the medical side I have found some interesting readings .. that I wanted to share.. Hopefully TINCUP is still around!

Wow Linda,
It sounds like you have been through alot lately! I am sorry to hear about your husband and your fathers passing. That must be very difficult to deal with.
I hope there are better roads ahead for you. My prayers are with you.

I remember you. Welcome back. You gave me some good advice a couple of years ago.
Congratulations on becoming a paralegal. I'm sure that wasn't easy.
Best of luck finding help.

OKay thank you I have resolved my old user name thanks to Jenfier... so now I will be posting under my old User name livinlyme .. see you on the MB in medical soon and I will float around here and there I am afraid I need the support once again!
plus I like to share what I run into since I feel we are wasteing time dealing with the politics and need to find more people who are in the medical field and rally all of them up in support and then we can win the war! LD is the fast growing infectious disease in America second to none not even HIV! so why dont they put funding where it needs to go? what happened to "We the people"???? Where is our Calvary? Obviously I would have made a great protester back in the 60's had I found a cause worth argueing.lol
