Normally I go out the same time everyday to pick up my older son up at school. Today his plans changed. So my little guy comes running up to me a few minutes ago stating he saw a man in the window of our kitchen. He said he saw a man in black standing in the middle of our kitchen window and then that he quickly went away.
The same time I'm usually gone. Has he been watching our house?
Folks remember this is a great time of year for other's who are less savory to attack us. I believe my little boy foiled a burglary attempt.
I'm spooked.

I hope you called the police to notify them of the suspicious person.
He may come back to your house or try another house in your neighborhood.
Not only that, but what if he wasn't there to burglarize? What if he was going to break in and hide until a certain person in your family or the entire family was home?
I'd be extra careful right now. Who knows what his intentions were.
Did you check to see if he had tried to get in anywhere before your son noticed him?

The yard was checked. Our windows are locked and we have an alarm system.
I believe it was a holiday smash and grab.
I can see NO reason anybody would be interested enough in me, to break in and lay in wait.
I just wanted to warn others. Don't leave gifts in your car, or in plan sight of a window. Do use your alarm and be alert when shopping.
I'm still a little creeped out by this. My boy lost a little bit of his innocence today. He's old enough to know someone in our yard peering in the windows is not a good thing.
I'm pretty sure he didn't hang around as I did do a good look see.

My wife had her purse stolen out of her vehical which I have continually told her to lock! found everything later on I spent the whole day cancelling credit cards and ordering new ones .
The thief is taking a big chance with me I now have the sawedoff 12 gauge loaded and my pistol is loaded one 158grain hollow point then snake shot for fun .

Has little one been checked for Lyme? Tha is always mines hallucination MO "the man in black." Infact he use to tell me about him when he was three--long before we all got diagnosed and I had no idea it was a hallucination...
