I'm a big tea fan I'm allergic to tea so i stick to herbal's...Lipton makes a good mango herbal tea. And Celestial Seasons has lots of really good herbal flavors!
I have a chamomile apple flavor that is so yummy!

i don't think you get antioxcident benefits if it's not caffinated. do you?
anyway, love chai tea, too!!!

Yes, it is the best!
Years ago, I went to a restaraunt called "Good Earth" in Minneapolis area. The food was great and the whole place had the aroma of that tea. They brewed great batches of it.
Wonder if it is still there?

I don't know, but caffeine is not all that good for us Lymies. [per my LLMD]

Oh, I LOVE "Good Earth" tea! I used to drink it a lot while living up in MN which was ages ago. I haven't seen them much in stores around here in MD. For me, "Good Earth" tea is the best brand ever! Wish I could find some again...

I really like Tazo chai (the tea bags)
and
Stash lemon/ ginger
You can get the chai with caffeine or decaffeinated. The lemon ginger is caffeine-free.

Q. Does the decaffeination process affect the health benefits of Green Tea?
A. The effect of the decaffeination process on the health benefits of green tea depends on the decaffeination process. Salada's decaffeination process preserves the antioxidants found in green tea by using only spring water and effervescence (CO2 method) to take the caffeine out. Some other tea brands use the chemical, ethyl acetate, which can destroy most of the best antioxidants found in green tea.
I don't know if this info is true of other types of tea, like black tea. i would think it would be because of processing the leaves which are all from the same plant, only white and green tea leaves are removed early and black tea, later.
i know that caffeine isn't good for lymies, however, i can't do without entirely. i don't make my tea strong.
good rationalization for caffeine, eh?
