I could not go either, but can't wait to hear what new developments there may be.

Thanks for the info. Not finding anything at the website about ordering CD. Maybe I just overlooked it.

Even though I'm one of the original founders of Hope to Heal Lyme and a little biased, I think it was even better than last year's event. Note: I was solely a participant this year and not an organizer, due to many other personal & professional commitments.
The talks were very well done (although some of the information did go over my head at times), the people attending very willing to network and share and the growing number of exhibitors helpful. Dr. C, Dr. B & the other Dr. B were my favorite speakers.
The funding of the Open Eye Picture's documentary is something everyone on this board should support. This documentary tool is going to change the way everyone views tick borne disease (government, the medical community, the public, educators, everyone). Getting to see what they have done so far on this, was phenomenal and there was not a dry eye in the house for sure.
The DVD's will be available sometime in June, 2006.

I'm still reeling from information overload! It was an invigorating (is this word in the lyme dictionary?) experience. I was surprised at the increasing use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy! Several doctors mentioned it. Dr. B discussed the use of the CD57 test, when questioned about the fact that its numbers don't always correlate with how one is feeling. He indicated that the number will remain low even as one is recovering, then will jump quickly. It does not rise gradually and evenly. Also I think he mentioned the C4 and C3 tests (Dr. S's neurotoxin markers) as good tests. Did I hear that correctly, CharV and OptiMisTick? I'm sure we will all have more to share as we process it. BTW, Annie, Trails and others. I got to the lobby at about 4:45 Saturday and no one was there! I'm so sorry I missed meeting you. It was a whirlwind conference!
