The June 2006 issue of Backpacker magazine does a pretty good job of explaining lyme disease and related issues. Not all coinfections are mentioned and some of the information is not entirely accurate (i.e. stage one lyme quickly yields to antbiotics). However, it does a good job of explaining the different schools of thought on lyme and why CDC numbers and testing criteria are not the best.

It is good for the most part. I was really impressed that they spent that amount of space on Lyme - At least they are taking it very seriously.
