Welcome!

A hermimer reaction is a flare of exsisting symptoms and possible emergence of new symptoms in response to lyme treatment.

There are some more in-depth explanations in Newbie Links.

You click Medical and scroll down a few entries and click Newbie links then scroll to Herximer.
You will find a ton of info there.

Herxing is hard but you feel much better afterward.

Best Wishes,
Char

It's named for two doctors Jarisch and Herxheimer, in case you were wondering!
