Visit a new doctor.

If that doctor is Lyme friendly, accepts your Lyme diagnosis and assists rather deters your treatment, then post about the experience on Lymenet.

People will ask you for the name. You PM the name and location.

Go back to the doctor, who tells you people with Lyme are travelling out of state to see him.
