Maybe I should be posting this in medical but here it is.
Been out in the boat quite a few times this summer and when I get done I feel amazing.Do you think the jostling around is shaking up all of the little bb's? Nut
P.S. I feel bad that I don't contribute like I used to. Have been feeling way better the last 7 months or so and of course out and doing more. But I always check up on you a few times a month or more. Thank you to all of you who keep this site going:)!!

I go out several times a week myself. I think the constant motion keeps the muscules from stiffening up and also helps to pump toxins out via the lymph and blood.
Also I never think about TBI when on the water, so I think it is really good mental therapy.
Just enjoy.

I think water and fresh air are both very helpful to anyone..And the Vitamin D has to be a plus..
Keep getting better..And the closest I have gotten to a boat ride in years is the little rubber row boat, I bought for the kids at the beach..so very envious..

We have been out on a small boat(dingy really) alot this summer.
I feel happy to be out of the house but the fresh air, heat & sunshine wipe me out when I get home. Posted by just don (Member # 1129) on :
Every time I walk past my inboard power boat that is rusted tight from end to end and ruined from setting out and "still" for 20 years, I wonder IF I could possibly do that any more. Used to spend oodles of time boating, fishing and water skiing. I would need to ride in one extensively to determine if my body would reject that theory. Afraid the jarring effect of bouncing over the waves would jam my neck into my shoulders. And wreak havoc with the rest of me. My arthur would not smile, me thinks! Hope I am wrong, but afraid not!!Still--just don--

Treepatrol, Yes most of the days have been sunny. I do feel good when I lay out in the sun too. But this is different. I do think that the jostling must wiggle those little buggers loose. I don't know. I suppose it is somewhat of the same principle as rebounding.
Anyway I am going to keep on doing it and maybe some of you will also try it and maybe it will help you too.
Take Care, Nut
