Guess I am not ever going to get to see this. Video on dial up is impossible.

I've just seen this trailer for the first time
I had tears in my eyes the whole time!

They are putting together a smart film that will move many people

lou,

you can see this, either on your local,or other library computers, and ask librarian for a computer with a non-dial-up computer.

don't go shortly before grade and high schools let out, because then the time constraints(use. 1/2hr.) for patrons will be enforced when the students come in; else the scene is like a madhouse, "prison" breakout [woohoo] [lol]

Thanks SO much for passing on this information. I had not seen the new trailer, and it is fabulous! The old trailer made me sad, and this one makes me infuriated. I just can't wait for the final product.

For anyone who hasn't had a chance to donate...there is a link on their website for donations. They are very very talented film makers, and this is an extraordinarily good cause, I think we all can agree.

I would dearly love to see the trailer since I have a friend who is in it. (the only one from MA)

I downloaded QuickTime 7.1 in hopes that would work. I get a message that I am missing software which is not available on their website.

VERY frustrating. Have alerted our local newspaper that he is in it, and that I thought it would make a good story. She is usually receptive to my suggestions, but a new editor may block it.

If any of you understand why I can't see it, I'd appreciate any suggestions!

Conratulations, Scott! I can't wait to see it!

For those of you with DIAL-UP, this is NOT available as I type this! Kris Kraft/I have talked several times, and this was the latest news including her folks can't view this either since they have dial-up.

She's going to talk to their YOUNG TECHIES to see if they can develop something for us dial-up users! Glad to learn I wasn't the only one not getting this to run. Bettyg [Big Grin]

I went to their web site and sent an email via the "Contact Us" to explain our problem with the missing software.

Will post their reply. Not sure there's an answer to Betty's problem?

I was able to view it a couple days ago. I got the same message at first about the missing software. I upgraded my quicktime and then it worked. Hope those that are still having problems get it worked out. [Smile]

Very POWERFUL trailer. I can't wait to see it.

Anyone know about when in '07 it will come out?

And, how big of a release will it have ... in other words, will I be able to see it in my podunk state?

Thanks!
Hayley

I can view it. If you can't view it, do you have Quicktime installed?

My husband, my son and I watched it last weekend. All of us had tears running down our faces.

There is a scene where the dad was carrying his child up to steps. My husband has done that many times for Jordan. -

For those of you can't get a visual make sure you have the latest version of the player installed.

When you pull up your QT player, click the help button on top, then click 'About Quicktime Player' to see the version you have. The latest should be 7.1.3

If you have an earlier version, upgrade to the newest one and you should be able to view the trailer.

I tear up every single time I view this. I reconize 2 docs and our own Scott on the clip, anyone else here on the clip???
