Looking for ideas on what to get my LLMD who is retiring. Sort of a little office present. Any good ideas?????

How about a framed photo of you with a nice letter of thanks next to the photo?

Does he have any hobbies? How about yummy treats, maybe for whole office staff? A gift certificate to use at a local fancy restaurant for him and his wife?

Last year for the holidays, I sent my wonderful LLMD and his staff a basket of exotic herb teas from the Stash Tea catalog (I wasn't sure if anyone in his office used caffeine, so I chose the non-caffeine herbal teas). They seemed to enjoy it and also put the teas out for patients.
I agree with the idea of including a heartfelt personal letter. There is so much stress and sad news involved with treating or having Lyme, I think a letter of gratitude would be very touching and meaningful.
