Hi there,
First, thank you kindly Michelle M and trails for your concern and thoughts. You can't know how much it means to me.

I'm home. Feels like the mold is gone. The mold tests say so too.

I still can't move though. Honestly, one step carries as much stress as one mile. Just to add salt to injury, my right side (so far upto my tummy) went numb.

I've started trying out the different medications to see if I can safely tolerate any of them. So, far I tried:
-Ketek 400mg once a day (some rapid heart beats for 15 min),
-Diflucan,
-Thyroid

I want to add ketek twice a day soon and arteminsin. I think all the stress together with no abx has really made things worse.

Again, endless thanks and good wishes to you!

i am so glad that you are
1. home and
2. the mold is G-O-N-E

I am trying to focus on those things coz they are good things and it is hard to find good things in our lousy lymie lives sometimes.

when you say you went out--what exactly do you mean? can you just literally step out onto a prch for fresh air? or be rolled in a wheelchair? coz getting out is good, but we have to listen to our energy levels, sounds like yours is very low now, but it will not always be so.

How bout opening a window and inviting a friend or someone to YOU?

Today I got out in public for the first time in weeks and it was exhausting. I went to lunch and then had to ride a the free electric scooter wheelchair around the supermarket to get food with my parter. I came home and slept like a log.

zzzzzz zzzzzzz

take you time. not everything at once. celebrate the small victories---home with no mold!

thanks for the update,
hope there are a few small victories to celelbrate this week too!!!!

Thanks for the positive focus trails!

When I go out lately, I hang onto someone's arm on one side and I hold onto my cane on the other.

I used to just need some support on one side before, but now I feel safer with something on the other side too.

That's for short distances. If I had to do a supermarket or shopping mall outing, for sure I need a scooter.

Good idea to open a window- before it gets colder too!

I haven't had friends over recently since I've been feeling like crap. They're great and want to see me, but I shy away. I'm just scared.

I hope I can be more like you and find the courage to be out in public with a scooter.

Your presence and support is soooo valuable to me. Thanks for being here. I hope you have many more happy outings!

Sak,
Congratualtions on getting rid of the mold problem. You have made one significant step towards healing.

Having people around, even one good friend for a short time is healing. I know it can be daunting at first, and I shut out many people which added to my sense of isolation, fear and depression. I wish I had taken up the offers of those who watnted to come over now.

take care,
