Thanks, everyone!

I am being taken to a swanky resort hotel for lunch. The last time I was there for a birthday, it was pre-Lyme, pre-celiac, so this will be quite a change.

But they now have an entire gluten-free menu. And the staff promised they would make me a gluten-free dessert.

I'll report back on how it was!

The gluten-free lunch was fabulous! I ate an entire month's worth of calories in one sitting.

They had not made me a gluten-free cake (fortunately, Lymetoo included two of them) but my Lyme/celiac pal who lives near me baked me an entire chocolate, gluten-free cake (no candida diet today, OK?)
