Wow since I ran out of my meds I am having the same old problem again. I stink. My family says it is just regular old BO but it isn't. It's awful.
It went away when I was on my meds.
What works best for the rest of you?

Arrid XX dry Unscented.

Otherwise I reek, too. Reeking beyond BO is oftentimes proof of underlying disease...

I use a lightly exfoliating body wash each morning (Avon's Planet Spa Brown Sugar Body Scrub, currently) followed by a lightly scented body cream (currently Bath and Body Works Sweet Pea) and Arrid XX for the pits.

Keeping clean shaven is a MUST, as hair traps bacteria and then its almost impossible to hide the odor.

I feel for you, I really do. I am almost OCD about my scent and hygene since I started having this problem in the early 90's.

But the above is what I did for myself, and people now always tell me I "smell nice". [woohoo]

Maybe more meds would be your best deodorant. Are you healed? I wouldn't wait too long after running out ... you don't want to encourage resistant bacteria to take over.

Since I purchased a FIR sauna and use it daily, I don't need deodorant. [Smile] When I was out of town for three days, I could have used some though. [Big Grin]

That's cool about the fir sauna!!

I'm back to using Degree....love it.

I had been using the natural Crystal roll-on for several years. But .. get this! -- it began causing irritation and itching!! Go figure! [loco]

So now I'm back to that aluminum stuff....sigh.

For the longest time I used Secret but then after awhile it just didn't do the job.

I think it is Secret that has recently came out with a clinical strenght deodarant, maybe that would work well.I have not tried it myself though.

Degree for women is what works best for me. I hope you find soemthing that helps! [Smile]

It pretty much confirms that it's getting the toxins out! Yep, this long, hot summer, and didn't need deodorant.

Prior to my sauna, I used Secret. The crystal failed me too many times.

I use Degree, and it seems to do the trick. My daughter has a horrible time with deodorants. She is now using Almay. That seems to help her rash and itching.
