remember the game simon? where lights glow in a pattern then you replay the sequence?
I created my own version laying in bed one day. those sharp shooting pains and muscle spasms that migrate from ribs,arms legs hands hips etc. all around. along with those waves of anxiety.
challenging, I try to recall in order the jab, stab, burn, throb, and pop. my mind was awake but my body just felt beat. so there I am layed flat out playin mindgames with myself.
since the symptoms are impossible to ignore, when I play this game I identify the place instead of the degree of pain.
