since you know user's name, here's how you can private mail her IF she chose this option.
click DIRECTORY at top, go to left side where you can type in name, CJ hit enter, and it will take you to their profile or ALL NAMES WITH CJ in them where you chose who you want.
now chose send private message in right hand corner. there you go unless she didn't chose this or her private message box of 60 in/out mail is FULL! good luck.
