Ginger root brewed in tea.

they sell the ginger root in the grocery store

I cut the skin off and brew a chunk...or if I had enough energy I would shred some in a cup of tea.

Do you think that the nausea is coming from the meds.? If so make sure you are eating with all of the meds that you are supposed to be eating with.

Also some are more troublesome to my stomach than others.

Also drinking alot of water really helps everything with me..if I dont drink enough water i feel worse all the way around.
