As some of you from chat already know, I became a grandma on Monday, August 4. My precious granddaughter's name is Maribella Anjali.
She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces at birth and was 20 inches long. Mom, Dad and daughter are all doing well. I was able to be with them in NYC for the birth.
They both have backgrounds working with young children and are just natural parents. It was so amazing to watch them as they got to know their new little one and how much in love they were from the beginning.
