You might get more of a response if you put this over in the "Seeking a Doctor" topic. The people over there have much more information on the various doctors.

when you post in SEEKING DR. please show subject as
feedback needed on dr. M in Penn...
that way they know which state and possibily which dr. until there are 2 or more drs. with last name starting w/M !!
then please delete it from this area so we don't duplicate our efforts ok and energy
