Does anyone on here take hot baths in Epsom salt? Someone told me that this would help with pain. How much do I use and is it safe to sit in with my lady parts even though I have a yeast infection? Need some input on this because I'm lost about it.

thank you very much Shelly23. This Lyme is a complicated thing and the amount of things you have to do to relieve the symptoms and feel better just complicate it further. But "This too shall Pass" Posted by NWMonkeyGirl (Member # 19510) on :
I've been soaking in epsom salt everyday once a day for months now. I'm not sure if it's the salt or the hot water that helps with my pain, but it does help. I've been lucky I've only had one bad yeast infection in the last year and soaking didn't seem to bother me (or the infection).
Good luck with the pain.

thank you. I just had my first bath in it and I'm kind of itchy, like just on my skin in general, and I can taste it in my mouth, is all that normal??

I agree, I think that I'll take the dry skin as well.
I will definately try that bath recipe as well Posted by map1131 (Member # 2022) on :
Baking soda added will really help with the dry skin. It is very soothing to the skin.
I don't do lotion, because I don't want to clog my pores with it. I want pores detoxing as long as possible after the bath.
