Okay, my Lymed-out brain keeps gnawing on this.

What if recording artists would do parodies of some of their hits for a Lyme Awareness CD?

Here are some I've come up with so far:

"Herx So Good" by John Cougar Mellencamp

"IDSA Heartache" by Bonnie Tyler

"Back in the Lyme Life Again" by Steve Winwood.

I'm still working on it--sometimes I get ideas in the middle of the night and then lose them before I get them written down. [bonk]

Sounds like a cute project, Starfall, if you want to contact folks with this idea.

A while back, we had a long thread on songs with Lyme lyrics. You can do a search for Lymenuts CD.

Most artists have site on Myspace where you can send them messages or go to there web sites and

write to them. This would be so cool.
