I just thought that I would post this for all of you suffering from nerve pain as I am. I have nerve pain in my feet and hands. I bought a Biomat a couple months back and it definitely helps.
All my tingling is gone and my pain is better. I gradually worked up to higher and higher settings. It took a while, If you go too fast you might get a reaction. I think I even herxed some with it the first couple times.
Anyway, now I have it on high for a couple hours each night. When I wake up too hot, I just turn it town to low for the rest of the night. Hope this is helpful.
On a side note. I have Tarsal Tunnel syndrome in both feet. Email me if you would like some info on a doctor in Baltimore that has done amazing treatments for neuropathy sufferers.

I LOVE my biomat! It helped with any remaining lyme symptoms that I had..... I also loved feeling warm all night throughout the winter.
I recommend this to anyone who has pain. It helped my sciatic pain a lot. Also helped me sleep better.

Has anyone tried the mini size biomat? Just wondering if it is large enough to be beneficial for widespread joint and muscle pain and detoxing.
Thinking maybe I could alternate using it between upper and lower body. My lower body pain stems from low back, and upper body from neck.
