Im lookimg for a new probiotic and i AM looking for recomendations, Im currently taking Dr. Ohhiras probiotic 12-plus. I have no issues with its effectiveness but often have a hard time swallowing them. They are a very hard gelcap that for some reason sticks in my throat. Like trying to swallow a peanut. Any recomendations would be appreciated . thank you.

I agree with Seek. That is what I take as well. They also sell it in a powdered form. Just mix the powder in some water and drink, if you are sick of swallowing pills
