Mike.. some gluten free foods are actually VERY tasty!

This one has a long list of ingredients.... almost too much for my little brain.

Betty Crocker now has gluten free cake mixes and brownie mixes..not sugar free though!!

I figured since "Everyone Loves" it, it might be worth trying to make.

I would think it could probably be made in a double or triple batch & divided into those smaller cake pans (6 cakes to a pan I think) or cupcake tins & then frozen for times of "need".
(That's provided it's really any good. [Wink]

I wonder how it would be if you melted some nut butter and/or dark chocolate [lick]

in the microwave & drizzled it over top.
