I currently only take a b supplement (not includeing the 19 other pills I take per day). I would like to take a multivitamin but the last one I purchased was too big (I have difficulty swallowing pills) and I ended up having to chew it. That lasted about 3 days...

Anyone have an recommendations? I found one online that I thought I could swallow (because it's actually 3 pills) but it seems you have to join some sort of program to buy it. (It was called essential nutrients for women).

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,there is a huge choice out there.

One a day has some small ones.

I think there should be a chewable vitamin also.

I would check out the local walmart.

When i went to doc. S i was taking a ton of each vitamin separatley, his nurse R. said Why dont you just take a multipul vitamin.

How true!!

Centrum makes a chewable mult-vitamin. They have it at Walmart.

I don't recommend vitamins from walmart/cvs, etc. Most vitamins sold at these stores are not in a bioavailable form. I would look at whole food vitamins such as Megafoods or Garden of Life VitaCode.

Sometimes it is cheaper to buy online. Check out a few websites like iherb.com, vitacost, organic pharmacy.

They also give patient ratings on the supplements. I find that kind of information helpful. And you can get good quality whole food vitamins there.
