I have noticed that I am now extremely sensitive to cleaning products.
Every time I clean, it sets my allergies off terribly.
Not dusting or vacuuming, but the actual cleaners themselves.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Any suggestions for good cleaning products that may be less irritating?

- BioKleen, Seventh Generation are the top ones. From the start, they've been using natural ingredients. Get UNSCENTED. You may still notice the natural citrus scent but that has never bothered me.
Avoid lavender. Even as a natural essential oil, it can knock out those with MCS ( multiple chemical sensitivities).
Be sure to tell your LLMD that you've developed multiple chemical sensitivities. It's very common in lyme patients, actually. And it usually gets better when lyme goes into remission. Still, it's good to avoid all chemicals - well, as much as we can.
Also be sure your liver support is in place. The liver has to process what we smell and put on our skin, too.
For bathing and hair: Avalon Organics, Jason, etc.
Also search Google for MCS and Chemical Injury support group. they have good suggestions.

I've learned that I hardly ever need cleaning products.
I use warm or hot water with a drop or two of seventh generation dishwash liquid for a LOT of cleaning jobs.
I'll occasionally use Murphy's oil soap for my wood tables, etc.
About the only strong chemical product I use is toilet cleaner. For the life of me I can't get rid of our hard water stains if I don't. I just crack the window and use as little as possible and only when needed.
Ooh, I lied. I also use soft scrub with bleach on occasion for my sink. Maybe once every month or two.
Maybe you could try a mask and gloves and cracking all windows when you do your cleaning?

I scrub the sinks with baking soda. No scent, and rinses easily.

Baking soda or vinegar will clean almost anything.
