I called a llmd yesterday to schedule an appointment as a new patient. It went well and I took first available, which was a date in July. Not too bad.
They added me to a wait list and said that it wasn't uncommon for cancellations and that I most likely would be called in sooner. Ok, great.
Well, they called back today and can see me next week. Um...what?! I couldn't believe my ears. Does this happen often or did I just get lucky?
I can foot the first visit and blood work, as well as gas money to get there but after that? We will work it out. Wow. I'm in shock I think!

How is your heart issue going?

You got VERY lucky! I had to wait three months for my first appointment with my LLMD.

TnFC,
The heart issues are ongoing. I'm at a stand still right now. Meds aren't working and I qualify for an ablation. I just have to decide what to do now.
I either need to call and schedule the surgery, get a second opinion, or continue to suffer
I truly feel that the cardiac issues are being caused by something, so I am happy that my appointment with the llmd was moved up so quickly.
I'll be able to talk to him and hear his opinion, which will be great. I will decide what to do from there.
Thanks so much for asking!

Glad you got your appointment so quickly with the llmd after all so you don't have to suffer as long waiting!
