My first appointment with a llmd is tomorrow morning. Any tips? Things I should/shouldn't do/say?

I wish you could have driven up and gotten a motel room so you'd be better rested. Maybe on the return trip, you can do that.

Be sure to take healthful snacks and music you've not heard for a long time for your trip. That can keep you more alert than music you hear everyday.

Keebler, I wish we could have gotten a hotel room as well. It wasn't possible for a variety of reasons. [Frown]
