I've been doing rather well these past few weeks but the last couple of days have been very rainy.

It started yesterday. My head hurts and is fuzzy, my knees ache, I am sweating badly and think I may have a fever. I'm feeling overly emotional and have been crying over much of nothing.

Wish that I could lay down but I have to work. Spoke to my manager and she is letting me have tomorrow off.

Thank God for small miracles.

The storms can really affect those of us with inflamed and swollen brains &/or inner ear conditions.

Magnesium and also Ginger capsules can help to decrease inflammation in the brain and in the ears. Hope you feel better.

Turmeric is good, too.

The next time you know a weather system is on the way, be sure to take Ginger capsules a few days before it even arrives - or at least a few hours, if possible.

Oh, thank you, Keebler. I just saw this. I'm such a scatterbrain these days.

It is raining again today and I can hardly walk.

Going to the store as soon as my workday is over and going to buy some ginger capsules.

I want you to know that you and these wonderful people here on this site have helped me more than anyone. My regular doctor is trying, she really is, but................

Thank you all so much!
