My daughter can swallow pills just fine but the two Mag. suppliments I've used, Ultra-Mag and something else, are huge, dry horse pills! I have a hard time getting it down and I know she'd be scared to death to try it.
I'd love to give her a good one that's not so big and dry. Chewable would be great. And of course one with B6 in the mix.
Any suggestions?

17hens you could try breaking or cutting the tablets in halves, quarters, or a whole bunch of small pieces, whatever is easiest to take! You could also crush the tablets and put it in applesauce or yogurt or pudding for her to take.
The sell pill cutters and crushers at the pharmacy. Or you can put the tablet in a baggie and pound it with something heavy that you already have at home.
You could also buy powder or liquid Mag. They sell bottles of Mag Citrate OTC really cheap at the pharmacy.

Ditto to Carol (sans the sugar perhaps). There's also a rasberry-lemon one with stevia *I think*. I use it and tastes really good! Just mix with warm water, no pills to swallow.
