I guess the focus is primarily on Plum Island as a bioweapons facility. Lyme is mentioned, but isn't necessarily a focus.
I am going to DVR it.

It looks like you can see episodes of the show online at www.Conspiracytheoryjesseventura.com but this particular episode isn't listed yet maybe because it hasn't aired yet.
My guide show the episode will air on the 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd all on TruTV at different times.
