I don`t know for sure but this looks like a very large organization although it does not look like a government organization but I thought others may be interested to see lyme mentioned.

This is one of the institutes of the NIH. It is a government organization. Good that they are interested in lyme because the NIAID, which handles infectious diseases for the NIH, has botched it.
