It was actually ON my 20th birthday in April 5 years ago that I decided to go hiking and got covered with SEVERAL ticks! A month later, I started noticing a boatload of new, weird symptoms in my body! Lol.
I still have the calender from my mother's house that I wrote a "countdown" message each day in April until it was my birthday. At the time I was SO excited to exit my teens!
So I'll be "celebrating" my bday and my lyme "bday" on the 24th this year!
